Was incorporated on the 7th day of July 2005, as a Private Limited Liability Company under the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT, 1990. It is an indigenous Company with 100% local content in terms of manpower composition,which includes the Board of Directors, Management and Staff. It initially
commenced business as a Merchant Company, that supply in whole-sell and
retail especially, in the area of steel pipes procurement, steel rods of
all sizes, iron plate for doors, cements, hollow pipes, h-beam, angle iron,
square rods, stocking and supplies etc. In a bid to maintain an
enviable standard in its business and scope of operation, Johnson Ikpo and
Sons Limited co-ordinates.
